Liu Yongfu's former residence
Liu Yongfu's former residence is located at No. 10, Bangui street, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Province. It was named after Liu Yongfu, who was granted the title of deputy governor of Sanxuan by the king of Yue for his aid to Vietnam and resistance to France. Liu Yongfu's former residence, also known as San Xuan Tang, was awarded the title of three Xuan Tidu by the king of Vietnam for his meritorious deeds in the Vietnam anti French war. It was built in 1891, covering an area of 22776 square meters, with a construction area of 5622.5 square meters. It has 119 large and small halls, elegant materials, dignified and simple shape, grand scale and unique layout. The main house is divided into three parts, facing south and North, with Chinese style cylindrical tile eaves. There are more than 100 paintings on the walls, such as sages and heroes, civil and military generals, colorful phoenixes and cranes. The gold ornaments and colored paintings are elegant and lifelike. They complement each other with carved beams and painted buildings. They have both the style of the late Qing Dynasty and the national characteristics. There are high wall turrets around, square walls in front of the main house, and flowers and trees around. It is an extraordinary, magnificent and classic building. Sanxuantang is not only a patriotic education base, but also has high artistic value.
Since 2001, the state and local governments have invested heavily in the comprehensive restoration of Liu Feng's former residence, built and improved a number of tourist facilities, such as Liu Yongfu square, Liu Yongfu bronze statue, Guiwang City, Gongbao Street Bridge, etc., highlighting the spiritual culture with "Liu Feng" heroic deeds as the main body and patriotism as the core, the architectural culture of Qing Dynasty, relevant poetry couplets, arts and crafts, etc Cultural relics, such as stone tablet, bronze drum, canoe, Dagao, etc. Liufeng scenic spot successfully passed the acceptance of the National Tourism Administration and was approved as "national AAAA scenic spot". Liufeng scenic spot won the bronze medal of "AAAA scenic spot" issued by the National Tourism Administration.
