Xishi Huansha stone
At the foot of Zhuluo mountain in the south of Zhuji City, there is a square stone near the river and water. The most beautiful lady, Xi Shi, has an indissoluble bond with this square stone. It is said that as long as Xi Shi goes to wash the gauze, the square stone will go up and down automatically. When the water is shallow, it will go down, and when the water rises, it will go up and down, making her comfortable and labor-saving. Standing on the square stone, the gauze is white and bright, soft and stretch. I heard that there is a strange fragrance.

Historical story
Xishi, formerly known as Shi Yiguang, was born in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province in the late spring and Autumn period. a born beauty. When Xi Shi Huansha was in charge of the state of Yue, Gou Jian, the king of Yue, tried to recover the state. At the time of the national crisis, Xi Shi endured humiliation and offered her life to the country. Together with Zheng Dan, she was presented by King Gou Jian of Yue to Fu Chai of Wu King. She became the most favorite concubine of Wu King. She confused the king of Wu into betraying his relatives and neglecting state affairs. She played a protective role for Gou Jian's comeback and showed the noble thoughts and sentiments of a patriotic woman. After that, the state of Wu was destroyed by Gou Jian. There are many kinds of endings about her. One of the most likely endings is that she and Fan Li go boating on the five lakes. The other is that she is drowned by the king of Yue in a bag.
Shi Yiguang lived in Zhuji Zhuluo mountain (also known as Luoshan) xiazhuluo Village (now Huansha village in the south of Zhuji City). Zhuluo has two villages in the East and the West. Yiguang lives in the west, so it is called Xishi. Her father sold firewood, her mother Huansha, and Xi Shi often Huansha in the stream, so she was also called Huansha girl. It is said that the morbid state of frowning and breast caressing is also imitated by the neighboring women, so there is an allusion of "Dongshi imitates Mei". In 494 BC, Fu Chai defeated the state of Yue in Fu jiao (now southwest of Wu County, Jiangsu Province). Gou Jian retreated to Kuaiji mountain (now south of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province), and was besieged by the Wu army. He was forced to ask for peace from the state of Wu, and gou Jian became a hostage of Wu. After the release, aiming at the weakness of "the king of Wu is lustful and lustful", Gou Jian and Fan Li designed a plan to "get Xishi and Zhengdan, the salaried women in Luoshan of Zhuji", and prepare to send them to the king of Wu. A palace maid beloved by the king of Yue thought: "a real beauty must have three conditions: one is beautiful, the other is good at singing and dancing, and the third is posture." Xi Shi only has the first condition, but also lacks the other two conditions. Therefore, it took three years to teach singing and dancing, walking and etiquette.
In the melodious music, Xi Shi danced gracefully and charmingly, and then trained her manners. A raccoon girl became a palace maid with good manners. When she raised her hand and threw her foot, she showed the beauty of her body and was very decent in dealing with people. Then, he made gorgeous and appropriate palace clothes for her, and Fang Jin presented them to the king of Wu. Fu Chai, the king of Wu, was overjoyed. He built a spring lantern palace and a big pool in Gusu. There was a green dragon boat in the pool. He played with Xi Shi in the water. He also built a pavilion for Xi Shi to perform songs, dances and banquets. Xi Shi was good at "ring clog dance". Fu Chai specially built "ring clog corridor" for her. He used hundreds of large tanks with wooden boards on them. Xi Shi danced in clogs, tied little bells in her skirt, and put them up The sound and the sound of the VAT were intertwined together, which made Fu Chai intoxicated, indulged in female sex, ignored the government, and finally went to the road of national subjugation and death.
On the route of Xi Shi from Yue to Wu, from Zhuji in the south to Suzhou in the north, there are ruins of Xi Shi. At the foot of Zhuji Zhuluo mountain and the Bank of Huansha River, there are still some historic sites, such as Huansha stone, Huansha Pavilion, Xishi beach, Xishi square and Xishi hall. Xi Shi has the appearance of "sunken fish". It is said that when Xi Shi was washing gauze by the stream, the fish in the water were attracted by her beauty and were dazed. They forgot to swim and even sank to the bottom. So later generations use "sunfish" to describe women's beauty. Sunken fish is the first. Among the four beauties, Xi Shi is the first. Xishi young inherited the industry of Huansha, so she was called "Huansha girl".
Later generations built the hall of Xi Shi at the foot of Zhuluo mountain in memory of this beautiful woman who endured humiliation and made great contributions to the country. Li Shangyin, a famous poet in the Kaicheng period of the Tang Dynasty (836-840 A.D.), wrote the poem "Xizi seeks the palace, Zhaojun seeks the old village"; later, Yu Xuanji, a poetess, wrote the poem "Xishi Temple". These are the earliest words about Xishi hall that can be seen at present. In Ming Dynasty, Xizi temple had a considerable scale. Since then, it has been revived and abandoned. The current Xishi hall is located in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province. It was completed in 1990 and covers an area of 5000 square meters. It consists of gatehouse, Xishi hall, Guyue terrace, Zhengdan Pavilion, stele Gallery, Hongfen pool, sunken fish pool, Xianxian Pavilion and other scenic spots. In the process of rebuilding, more than 12000 pieces of ancient architectural components were collected from the folk, including beams, columns, doors, windows, corbels, Qingfang, Dougong, queti and so on. These wood and stone components are exquisitely carved and highly skilled, which greatly enhance the historical and cultural connotation and ornamental value of Xishi hall and make it more local Color.
