Yuhuang Pavilion in Zhifang, a national key cultural relic protection unit, is an ancient building in Ming Dynasty. The brick structure without beam vault Pavilion is located in the southwest of Zhifang village, Linshui Town, Fengfeng mining area, Handan City, Hebei Province. As a sacrifice to the Jade Emperor, it was first built in the Longqing period of the Ming Dynasty (1567-1572). The pavilion is square, 9.6 meters long on each side and 11 meters high. It is made of glazed tile and wood like structure on the top of the pavilion. It is built on a stone platform 8 meters high crossing the street from east to west. Brick carving and glass ridge decoration on the top of tile show superb craftsmanship.
