The Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre is an art development centre under the Hong Kong Arts Promotion Office of the Hong Kong leisure and Cultural Services Department. It is located in the west of Hong Kong Park in Admiralty, Hong Kong Island. It is a place for visual artists to observe, learn and exchange their creative development. The centre opened on 28 April 1992.

The centre now has nine art studios, a lecture hall, an exhibition hall and a multi-purpose activity room. Artists and groups are welcome to rent them. The centre also organizes various types of art activities, including courses, exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures, artist residency scheme and art exhibition and sales. In order to promote art exchange, cultivate new talents and promote art development and training in Hong Kong.

There are three art activities in the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre: Live ceramic, sculpture and print.
There are 9 Art Studios, 1 lecture hall, 1 exhibition hall and 1 multi-purpose activity room.
The center holds various kinds of art activities every month, including courses, exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures, etc.

Ceramic room
The two ceramic rooms cover a total area of 159.5 square meters, providing different forms of ceramic art creation activities. There are standing and sitting electric broaching machines to improve the efficiency of broaching and twisting clay. In addition, there are advanced electric machines, mud mixers, mud refiners and other equipment, as well as good ventilation system, so as to make artists in a comfortable working environment.
Sculpture room
The four sculpture rooms, with a total area of 370 square meters, can be used for (1) metal welding, (2) clay / gypsum, (3) wood and (4) stone sculptures. There are advanced electric and pneumatic tools in the studio, such as electric drilling machine and machine, which are convenient for sculpting three-dimensional works of art and cutting all kinds of wood, metal and stone. The metal chamber is also equipped with arc and argon arc welding machine, which can efficiently weld iron, copper, aluminum and other metals.
Print Studio
The total area of the three Studios is 308.5 square meters, which can be used to produce (1) gravure, (2) lithography and hole plate, and (3) relief works. The working room is equipped with pneumatic screen tension machine, air breathing manual printing machine, electrothermal plate, dust box, vacuum exposure table, fiber crusher, gravure, relief and lithography press, etc., which is convenient for a large number of print printing activities.
Exhibition Hall
On the fifth floor, there is an exhibition hall with two rooms, covering an area of 218 square meters. In addition to all the walls, the center also provides an exhibition platform to display three-dimensional works. The exhibition hall is an ideal place to display different types of exhibitions.
Lecture hall
The lecture hall on the fourth floor is equipped with 70 comfortable seats, slide projector, video projector and other audio-visual broadcasting systems for lectures, seminars, film appreciation and teaching activities.
