Dabei mountain, located in tian'ao village in the East, is named after the great mercy of Buddhist Guanyin culture, which is the third peak of Shengsi archipelago. Dabei mountain viewing platform is an excellent place to have a bird's-eye view of Shengsi archipelago and enjoy island scenery. There is Lingyin Temple at the foot of Dabei mountain. The temple worships the merciful Guanyin Bodhisattva, and the mountain is named for it. Looking around, there are more than 100 islands, large and small, in the southeast and northwest. Now we really have the beauty of climbing Mount Tai. Looking to the East, Shengshan island and gouqi island can be seen. The distance between the two islands and Shengsi island is 21 nautical miles. In the Northeast are huaniao island and LvHua island. Huaniao island has the most famous lighthouse in the Far East. LvHua island has a 200000 ton bimodal sea load reduction ship. In the southeast, "three dragons" are all in sight, namely Wulong Island, big and small Huanglong island. Wulong and Huanglong villages and towns, separated by a sea, echo each other from afar, as if describing the name of the mountain. In particular, Huanglong Island, a densely populated fishing village built on the mountain, floats on the sea like a mirage. Looking to the north, the bridge is called Jinqing bridge. Under the bridge is Shengsi central fishing port. During the summer break season, thousands of boats gather in the harbor to compete with each other. In the west, it is the transit port of Majishan mine of Shanghai Baosteel. On the 300000 ton wharf, ocean going ships enter and leave frequently.

Lingyin Temple

It is the oldest historical site on sijiaoshan island. The temple is mainly composed of Tongtian bridge, Fangsheng pool, Tianwang hall and Daxiong hall. According to local records, "Lingyin Temple", formerly known as "zifuyuan", was built in the eighth year of Tianfu in the Late Jin Dynasty (943 A.D.), more than 1000 years ago. In the Xianfeng Period of the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed "Lingqing Temple". Before the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, there was a Chinese monk who lived in Dongshan mountain. In 1873, he rebuilt it into Lingyin Temple and became the Yuantong Temple of Putuo Mountain. Guangxu 26 years (AD 1900) expansion. The building was rebuilt in 1991. There is also an interesting story about the formation of the Guanyin Daochang in Dabei mountain. It is said that there are three more jumps after Guanyin jumps from Luojia mountain to Putuo Mountain, and the second one is to Dabei mountain. It is said that after Guanyin jumped from Luojia mountain to Putuo Mountain, one day, he sat on Putuo Mountain and counted thousands of peaks in Zhoushan Archipelago, and missed one. Guanyin was so strange that he jumped to the top of the mountain to count it, but it was still one short. So Guanyin jumped to Dabei mountain on Sijiao island for the second time, and to Xiaoguanyin mountain on Xiaoyang mountain for the third time. Later, she leaned over to see her seat and laughed. It turned out that she had forgotten to count the mountain she was sitting on. Later, although Guanyin still went back to Putuo Mountain, her foothold was transformed by her immortality. She established famous mountains on the sea and built famous temples one after another.

Jianzhen Dongdu ruins

We all know that master Xuanzang in journey to the west is the founder of Dharma xiangzong. After ninety-nine and eighty-one difficulties, he returned to Chang'an and became the greatest translator in the history of Chinese Buddhism. After 100 years of Xuanzang's journey to the west, during the Tianbao period of the Tang Dynasty, the eminent monk Jianzhen (A.D. 688-763) was a Buddhist master who spread Buddhism to the East for six times. After 10 years, he finally arrived in Japan and became the founder of Japanese law school. According to textual research, Jianzhen, 55, has passed through Shengsi archipelago six times. Because of the strong wind and strong waves, they docked at Dabei mountain and other islands twice. Because of the broken hull, the fishermen on the island helped each other with water and rice. It was not until the sixth time that they successfully arrived in Japan through Shengsi archipelago to complete the great wish of going eastward.

Shengsi fishermen's painting is a native folk art in our county. It developed in the mid-1980s and was created by local fishermen. Fishermen's paintings, with the theme of reflecting fishermen's production and life, use simple and abstract techniques to express fishermen's production and life scenes, mysterious and unique sea world, simple and lovely. Most of the fishermen's paintings are made by young fishermen's children, with strong artistic personality.
