Xunlonghe ecological art town is located in Guoyuan Town, Changsha County, Hunan Province, in the northeast of the economic core area of Changsha County. The north extension of Huangxing Avenue passes through the city. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Xingsha, Changsha County, and 30 minutes to drive to Huanghua International Airport, Changsha City and Changsha high speed railway station.

On February 9, 2017, the construction of Tianhan Avenue in Changsha County was started. The north end of Tianhan Avenue starts from the north extension of Huangxing Avenue, and the south end ends at Guoyuan Avenue, connecting Xunlong river ecological art town and Tianhan's former residence.

Project background

Before 2009, xunlonghe village was still a provincial poor village. After 2009, the young entrepreneurs represented by Liu Zhonghui returned to their hometown xunlonghe village and established Hunan xunlonghe Ecological Town Development Co., Ltd. to plan the construction of xunlonghe ecological art town.

Small town industry

On December 22, 2018, the press conference of xunlonghe major industrial project was held in Changsha. The total investment of xunlonghe project is 14 billion yuan, with an investment of 2.2 billion yuan.
