Luohu gymnasium is located in the southeast of Luofang interchange in Luohu District. The old Luosha highway (which has been reconstructed into a four car road to connect with Luosha highway) passes in front of the gate. There are two tennis courts in the training hall, which can hold all-weather training and open to the public, and also can undertake competitions. The underground parking lot can park 130 vehicles, which basically meets the use requirements. The club has billiards room, table tennis room, gym, reading room, rest bar, catering and so on. There are 25 × 21 standard short pool, massage pool, sauna and other supporting facilities in the swimming pool. In addition to office space, there are art room and external operation room in the supporting room, which can undertake external advertising, leasing and other business.

The construction of Luohu gymnasium began in early 1999, and an international invited architectural design competition and evaluation were held to select a high-quality building with elegant quality for our district. The project started on October 26, 2000, and the main hall was completed in August 2002. From October 4, 2002, the main hall successively undertook rhythmic gymnastics (October 4-8), badminton (October 12-17), sports dance (November 14-18), wrestling (December 7-14) and other projects of the Provincial Games.
