Wende Palace

Wende palace is one of the rare large-scale land temples in the province. Founded in the reign of Emperor Qianlong, Li Chaokui, a native of Hanjiang River in Fujian Province, was recruited by the then new magistrate of Changhua County to pioneer. When the boat arrived at the Taiwan Strait, it was stormy. Suddenly, an old man with white hair was protecting the sails and the boat was in danger. Huzhi County proposed to build a temple for worship, which was called "Baoan Palace".

During the reign of Emperor Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty, Zeng Hanlin, who was appointed by his native place, was renamed "Palace", which means "to protect the territory and the people, and to carry forward the style of writing and moral education.". The site of the temple used to be on the Bank of baishakeng stream beside the jinwende palace. In the past, it overflowed every time there was a mountain torrent. Therefore, it moved to the present site for the second time in the 58th year of the Republic of China. The temple has been rebuilt for four times. The temple has become bigger and bigger, and the incense has become more and more prosperous. It took more than two years to complete the reconstruction. In 1973, the fifth camp building was built. In recent years, a library has been added to provide a good place for residents to study. The main hall of Wende palace is dedicated to the statue of kaichifford, who is the only one in the province to wear a black hat.

Wende Palace

Wende palace is located in Baisha, a flower bed. It was founded in 1688, and has been more than 310 years. At that time, Li Chaokui, a native of Hanjiang River in Fujian Province, was called by the new county magistrate at that time to pioneer the land together. When it came to the Taiwan Strait, there was a great storm. Fortunately, thanks to the protection of tongzhoufu, Zhouji turned the corner and mobilized the people to build temples and offer plaques For the "security palace.".

During the reign of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty, Zeng Hanlin gave it to Wende palace. In front of the temple, there are two dragons grabbing pearls at the top of the temple eaves, a plaque of "Wende Palace" at the middle gate, two sides of the temple are "Li men" and "Yi Lu", while the two sides of the temple are "Pai Cui Lu" and "Hua Deng men", the roof is lowered again, forming the form of "broken eaves rising arrow mouth".

In the main hall, the Lord kaikiford is the "black faced earth Lord", and wearing a black hat is the only one in the whole province. In addition, it also worships Sakya Buddha, Guanyin Buddha, di Mu Niang, five camp God army, Cheng Huang Ye, General Li, marshal Li and other gods. In addition, the left guard room also worships the road opening signs of Fu Zhengshen when he travels around the border, such as "avoid", "quiet", "order Hanlin courtyard", "give Jinshi origin" and so on.

In front of the temple, there is a five storey Wuying building, each of which is dedicated to the general of the first battalion. Some historical relics are displayed, including Zeng Hanlin's relics, the "success report of Jimao examination" in the 24th year of Jiaqing, the "success report of bingxu examination" in the 6th year of Daoguang, and Zeng Hanlin's sword and jade seal in the 25th year of Daoguang.
