Taihang Tianlu

Wang Xiangyan

According to records, King Wuding and slave Prime Minister Fu Shuo of the Shang Dynasty both lived here, so they were later called Wang Xiangyan.

Wuding was the 22nd king of the Shang Dynasty. When he was young, he was sent by his father Xiaoyi to linfilter mountain in the west of the Shang capital. He worked and lived with slaves and became friends with slave Fu Shuo.

Wuding thinks Fu Shuo is very talented. After Wu Ding succeeded to the throne, he became prime minister.
