Chateau Saint Louis DIN

The 2680 square meter European style St. Louis DIN winery is located in Huangyang beach, near Helan Mountain in the West and the Yellow River irrigation area in the East. It grows in 4200 mu of gravel soil. With 13 years of age, high quality wine grape without chemical fertilizer and pesticide is ready to greet guests from all over the world.

The vineyard of St. Louis DIN is located in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, where the annual average temperature is 8.7 ℃ and the effective accumulated temperature is more than 3300 ℃. The frost free period is about 170 days. The annual sunshine hours are about 3000 hours. The annual rainfall is 180-200 mm and the temperature difference between day and night is 10-15 ℃. The soil is alluvial fan of Helan Mountain, mainly gravel soil. In this kind of soil and climate conditions, wine grapes can be fully mature, because the climate is cold and cool, the phenolic substances that constitute the structure and aroma of grapes can be fully accumulated and developed.

The quality of grapes depends on the management of vineyard; St. Louis d'ing vineyard adopts a unique frame type for field management of grapes, planting 400 grapes per mu, the yield of each grape is strictly controlled at about 0.5-0.75 kg, the yield of each mu is 200-300 kg, so that every two trees can brew a bottle of wine.

In addition, St. Louis DIN winery has obtained the certificate of organic conversion products issued by China Quality Certification Center in 2010. The vineyard does not use pesticides, does not use chemical fertilizers, and only uses organic fertilizers.

Fawcett and Huangyangtan are the two brands owned by the winery. After strict grading and limiting production, they are picked in batches (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah). 1000 square meters of constant temperature and humidity underground wine cellar to ensure an annual output of 300 tons of excellent quality.
