Jinzifeng Forest Park is located in the west of Qingyuan County, 18 kilometers away from the county. Based on the management area of Qingyuan forest farm, the park has a total area of 5752 hectares, with 3586 hectares of natural forest, accounting for 64.1%. There are natural broad-leaved forest and Pinus taiwanensis forest with an area of more than ten thousand mu. The forest landscape is distinctive and the ecological environment is very quiet. There are more than 1000 kinds of seed plants and 289 species of woody plants belonging to 156 genera and 69 families. Among them, there are 2 species of national first-class endangered plants, such as zhongcalyx (also known as boleshu), Taxus chinensis var. mairei, etc., and 4 species of provincial endangered plants, such as Keteleeria fortunei, Cinnamomum camphora, Michelia shenshanensis, Huangqi, etc There are 7 species of national second-class protected animals, including macaque, macaque and pangolin.
