The real glacier tour in Hailuogou scenic area starts from camp 3. After leaving Camp No. 2, you will arrive at Camp No. 3 at an altitude of 2940 meters through shuihaizi, the only ancient Moraine Lake in Hailuogou. At the same time, it is also a great place to enjoy Rizhao Jinshan.

”"Rizhao Jinshan" is one of the five wonders of Hailuogou. When the weather is sunny and the morning glow shines on the snow capped snow peaks with an altitude of more than 6300 meters, such as Sanlian peak, Jinyin mountain and nameless peak on the south side of Gongga Mountain, the silver snow peak is suddenly covered with a dazzling golden yellow, brilliant and magnificent. If you want to enjoy the wonders of Rizhao Jinshan, you must not sleep. 6:40 in spring and summer, 7:20 in autumn and winter are the best time to enjoy Rizhao Jinshan.

The terminal of the scenic spot sightseeing bus is camp 3. The glacier is about 3 kilometers away from the camp 3 sightseeing station, and the round trip time is more than 2.5 hours. Therefore, if you want to go to camp 4, you must take a cable car to cross the ice Waterfall (150 yuan) to camp 4, where you can have a view and take beautiful pictures of the glacier. Of course, if you don't want to spend money, the dry river dam beside camp 3 has a built plank road. You can also get to the glacier viewing platform through the black pine forest. You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of the glacier.

2. Chengdu - Ya'an - Shimian - Hailuogou, 342 km, 3.5 hours

There is no shuttle bus from Kangding to Hailuogou. The whole journey is about 100 km. Both roads are made of cement (asphalt). There are two routes to choose from

1. Kangding Luding (Luding Bridge) - Hailuogou, 102 km long

2. Kangding - yajiageng (yajiaqinghai) - Hailuogou, with a highway mileage of 76 km

After entering the scenic spot, you can take a sightseeing bus to camp 3, which takes about 50 minutes
