The original wall chart of medical teaching in the form of pictures and the medical instruments used for more than 1300 years reproduce the surgical operation that Tibetan medicine has been widely used in clinical practice more than 2000 years ago. Especially in the form of photos, this paper introduces the craniotomy performed by Tibetan medicine thousands of years ago, which not only shows the intelligence and wisdom of Tibetan ancestors, but also fully proves the superb and exquisite surgical techniques of Tibetan medicine with a long history.
The exhibition hall of ancient books and documents displays more than 1000 representative ancient books among the vast volumes of Tibetan medicine literature, and more than 300 modern and contemporary Tibetan medicine books and precious printing plates of ancient books. Through the printing plate of ancient books, such famous books as sibuyidian, Yuewang Yaozhen, ancestor oral, sibuyidian lanliuli, Jingzhu Bencao, etc., it shows the vast ancient books and profound, systematic and complete theories of Tibetan medicine as one of the four traditional medicine in the world. Hundreds of modern and contemporary books on Tibetan medicine and pharmacy show that there are successors in the ancient theoretical research of Tibetan medicine and pharmacy, from which we can see that the theoretical research of Tibetan medicine and pharmacy has ushered in a new era of blooming flowers and bringing forth new ones.

Astronomy and calendar is a natural science summed up by the ancestors of Tibetan people in their long-term production and life practice, and it is an important part of Tibetan culture. It has a long history, rich literature, and distinctive national characteristics. It is widely used in the actual life of Tibetan people, and has an important impact on the agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibetan areas. Astronomical calendar calculation has a direct relationship with Tibetan medicine. Through long-term practice, the Tibetan people have come to the dialectical statement that "there is medicine when there is calculation, and there is medicine when there is medicine". For example, through mastering the external climate change and the operation law of the five elements, they can diagnose and treat diseases, collect and process medicinal materials, etc. That is, in today's highly developed science and technology, it still has the value of learning, research and utilization and irreplaceable role. We should inherit and carry forward our national culture, continue to excavate the profound connotation of astronomical calendar, strive to improve and constantly improve it, so as to make it more suitable for the needs of contemporary society, so as to benefit the society and the broad masses of the people.
On display in the exhibition hall is the Chinese Tibetan painting grand view, which has won the "Guinness World's best" certificate and is protected by the national copyright.
