Dajing Scenic Area

Dajing scenic spot is located in the southeast of Zhuzhou suburb, 15 kilometers away from the urban area. It is the "Golden Triangle" of tourism and leisure industry in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan and the starting point of Yandi mausoleum tourism line in Zhuzhou City. Zhejiang Jiangxi line and national highway 320 run through the entrance of the scenic spot, BAIXIAN Road, Baiyan road and Songzhi Road, forming a ring road. There is a special line of 25, and CMB goes directly to the center of the scenic spot, so the traffic is very convenient.

brief introduction

Dajing scenic spot is a scenic spot integrating sightseeing, vacation and entertainment, which is a combination of natural landscape characterized by mountains, water, forests and birds living together and cultural landscape dominated by the relics of ancient temples in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The planning area of the scenic spot is 30 square kilometers, the surface of Jingshui lake is nearly 3000 mu, and the water storage capacity is 15 million cubic meters.

Famous scenic spot

The scenic spot is divided into three major scenic spots, namely xianfengling, jingshuihu and pingfengling. It has four first-class scenic spots, namely "jinlungu Temple", "guyinqingxi", "Shanshui JIACHU" and "bainiao paradise", ten second-class scenic spots, such as "xianfengshengjing" and twenty third-class scenic spots, such as "shuangjingqingquan". The scenic spots are of different colors and lead the way. Since its establishment, the scenic area has built a series of reception centers, such as Jinghu resort, Dajing villa, zuixianlou, qifengyuan, Jinghu restaurant, integrating accommodation, entertainment, vacation and conference, and built BAIXIAN Road, Poxian road and some tour roads around the lake.

Scope of scenic spots

Dajing scenic area governs four administrative villages, one forest farm, 69 villager groups, 1706 households, 6444 people, with a total land area of 29.67 square kilometers and a cultivated land area of 4410 mu. Among them: paddy field 4150 mu, dry soil 260 mu. There are 1 middle school, 3 primary schools and 1 health center. The core scenic area is 8 square kilometers, involving 26 groups, 619 households and 1930 people.

Economic achievements

There are 6 large hotels, 100 small hotels and farm leisure parks in the scenic area, with more than 2000 beds. It can receive tens of thousands of people every day, with an annual tourism income of 50 million yuan and an annual fiscal revenue of more than 6 million yuan. In 2007, the gross domestic product of Dajing scenic spot was 59.49 million, an increase of 11% over the same period last year. Among them, the primary industry was 13.2 million, an increase of 10.6% over the same period last year; the secondary industry was 23.81 million, an increase of 11.2% over the same period last year; the tertiary industry was 22.48 million, an increase of 11.1% over the same period last year. A total of 2.15 million yuan of fiscal revenue and 2.1 million yuan of local tax revenue have been completed, which is 300% of the annual plan of 700000 yuan.

The total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery was 12 million, an increase of 10.6% over the same period last year. In 2005, 10100 pigs, 1800 sheep and 21000 poultry were sold, 36 tons of eggs, 86 tons of aquatic products, 10 tons of tea, 239 tons of fruits, 177 tons of melons and fruits, 3855 tons of grain, including 3777 tons of rice, 47 tons of beans, 31 tons of potatoes, 3987 tons of vegetables and 5 tons of oil.

A total of 6 investment projects were completed in the whole year, with 11.3 million yuan of funds in place.
