Shouguang Museum
Shouguang Museum, which was built in 1984 and rebuilt in 1991, is a three story quadrangle building with a construction area of 3000 square meters. The museum is a comprehensive museum of geography, with 15 exhibition halls. The basic displays are "Shouguang historical relics display" and "ancient currency display".
In September 2018, it was identified as a national third-class Museum.

Collection
Nearly 9000 pieces of cultural relics (volumes) have been collected in the museum, including nearly 1000 pieces of class III or above precious cultural relics (volumes). Neolithic cultural relics, including Beixin culture, Dawenkou Culture, Longshan culture and Yueshi culture, are displayed. The ink pottery unearthed from huoshanbu site in Huying township is a rare treasure of Longshan culture pottery with exquisite texture, beautiful and unique shape, dark and glossy body. In 1986, he went to Japan for exhibition. There are not only a large number of cultural relics in the Yin and Shang Dynasties, but also a large number of fine works. There are 64 artifacts of Shang Dynasty unearthed in Gucheng township (19 of which have inscriptions). They are precious cultural relics for studying the history of various countries. The collection of Zhou Dynasty bronzes and potteries shows the social fashion of the Zhou Dynasty, which is not luxurious but practical. Ancient coins, from shell coins to Xuantong square hole coins of the Qing Dynasty, are available in all dynasties, with hundreds of pieces, and Qi Dao coins are the most. In addition, there are warring states jade Bi and Han Dynasty openwork laver.
Bronze mirror with God Man and beast pattern
There is a bronze mirror with the pattern of God, man and beast in the collection of Shouguang Museum. The bronze mirror comes from xichangjiazhuangzi, Jitai Town, Shouguang City, 1 km away from the ruins of the ancient city of Jiguo. The diameter of the mirror is 19.7 cm. Hemispherical knob, 3.8 cm in diameter. The round knob seat, with six breasts outside, is inscribed with "Yi Zi Zi" and deformed bird pattern. The main decoration is two gods and four beasts. The two gods sit side by side as the East Prince and the West Queen Mother; the four gods are dragon, tiger, Phoenix and deer. There are six breasts and small lines among the sacred animals. On the outside of the main decoration, there is an inscription of one week, a total of 23 words, which is "Zhang's work is really good, the green dragon is on the left, the white tiger is on the right, and the longevity is good, and the sun is XX". The inscriptions are decorated with comb tooth pattern, serrated pattern, double line ripple and serrated pattern. The cross section is very close to the regular triangle (Fig. 1, 2).
In the 1980s, Qingzhou Museum found a jade ware in the Eastern Han Dynasty tomb of majiazhongzi in Qingzhou City. The inscription "yizizi" on the wall is similar to the inscription "yizizi" on this bronze mirror. It is worth noting that their discovery sites are 1.5 km apart, and the age of the relics belongs to the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
This mirror is rare and precious in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
