1、 Basic information of the College

（1） Historical evolution

Heilongjiang University of Finance and economics, founded in March 1999, is a Sino foreign cooperation college approved by Heilongjiang Provincial Education Committee and invested by Heilongjiang Deqiang industrial group. In February 2000, Harbin business college, the first public and private pilot University in Heilongjiang Province, was established in cooperation with Heilongjiang Business College (now Harbin Business University). It is the second level College of Heilongjiang business college. In May 2001, the former Heilongjiang business college merged with Heilongjiang finance college to establish Harbin Business University. With the approval of heijiaofa [2001] No.289 document, Harbin Business College of Heilongjiang business college changed its name to Harbin Business College of Harbin Business University. On February 16, 2004, Deqiang Business College of Harbin University of Commerce was approved as an independent college by the Ministry of education. On September 27, 2008, Deqiang Business College of Harbin University of Commerce was transferred from an independent college to Harbin Deqiang business college. On April 14, 2013, the Ministry of Education approved the change of Harbin Deqiang business college to Heilongjiang University of Finance and economics.
