Joint International College of Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University

BNU-HKBU United International College (UIC). In 2005, UIC was approved by the Ministry of education and founded by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University. Founded in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, UIC has become the first University jointly run by Hong Kong and Mainland China, and the first innovative university with liberal arts education as the concept in China. Since its establishment, UIC has rapidly developed into an international university with unique educational philosophy. The college has three departments of business administration, humanities and Social Sciences, and science and technology, with 20 majors and nearly 4700 students. The college has a team of excellent teachers from more than 20 countries and regions, and foreign teachers account for more than 77% of all teachers. The school has implemented four-year English teaching, and all courses have passed the rigorous curriculum assessment of Hong Kong Baptist University. Graduates are awarded a bachelor's degree and a UIC diploma from Hong Kong Baptist University. They are recognized in the mainland, Hong Kong and internationally.

Where graduates go: every year, more than 60% of graduates choose foreign and Hong Kong and Macao universities for further study, including Cambridge University, Oxford University, Imperial University of London, Duke University, Brown University, Columbia University, Australian National University, University of Toronto, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, etc. Nearly 40% of the students choose to work in foreign-funded enterprises, accounting firms and banks. Including Qatar Airways, Hong Kong Golden City construction, SGS general notarization, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, HSBC, Bank of China, China Merchants Bank and other multinational companies and domestic famous enterprises.
