Changchun Normal University is located in Changchun, the beautiful spring city of northern China. It is an important training base for teachers of basic education, preschool education and applied talents in Jilin Province. It is a Provincial Normal University with the right to confer doctor's degree. Founded in 1958, it was named Changchun Normal College. In 1963, it changed its name to Changchun Normal College.
