Yanqing Branch of Beijing University of science and technology was jointly founded by Beijing University of science and technology and Yanqing County Government in 1984 according to the document jingzhengfa [1984] No. 97 of Beijing municipal government. It is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college in Beijing.
