Fuxin college is a full-time college approved by the State Council and registered by the Ministry of education.

The school is located in the urban area of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, adjacent to sany18 Park in the East, Yingbin bridge in the west, Fuxin railway station in the South and Fuxin Economic and Technological Development Zone in the north, with convenient transportation and pleasant scenery. The school covers an area of 150000 square meters, with a building area of 75000 square meters. The total value of teaching equipment is 13.94 million yuan, and the total fixed assets is 110 million yuan. With advanced teaching equipment and complete facilities, the school has more than 50 large laboratories such as voice square, computer square, animation production, automobile repair, electronic communication, household appliance refrigeration, animal anatomy, plant tissue culture, and more than 20 off campus training bases. The school has three departments and six departments. The first college is the agricultural vocational and technical college; the third department is the Ministry of normal education, the Ministry of adult education and the Ministry of technical secondary school; the Sixth Department is the Department of literature and law, foreign languages, computer information technology, engineering, art and Mongolian language and literature. It has 5000 full-time students and nearly 2000 adult education students.

The school has a team of teachers with excellent business, reasonable structure and noble morality. There are 560 teaching staff, including 291 full-time teachers, 16 professors and 124 associate professors. The proportion of "double qualified" teachers has reached 45%. In recent years, more than 50 teachers have been rated as provincial and municipal excellent experts, top-notch talents and backbone teachers, and 3-5 provincial scientific research projects have been approved every year.
