Henan procuratorial vocational college is the only full-time ordinary college of higher learning in China, which is registered and approved by the Ministry of education. It has two brands of one institution and two brands of Henan Branch of the state procuratorial college. The college is affiliated to the people's Procuratorate of Henan Province. At present, it carries out multi-level academic education, such as general recruitment of junior college students, adult junior college students, joint adult undergraduate and postgraduate classes with China University of political science and law, joint junior college, undergraduate and master's degree programs with foreign countries. At present, there are nearly 4000 full-time college students, which is the cradle of cultivating excellent prosecutors and national legal talents.

The college is located in Longhu University Park, Xinzheng City, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, covering an area of 1018 mu, with a total planning and design building area of 180000 square meters. It is estimated to invest 290 million yuan to build teaching building, office building, training building, comprehensive service building, library, stadium, student dormitory, student restaurant, bath center, etc. at present, the first phase of the project has been completed and put into use. The teaching equipment includes multimedia audio-visual classroom, computer room, trace test laboratory, character test laboratory, criminal photography laboratory, voice room, simulated court, etc. the classroom and conference room are equipped with color TV and teaching audio-visual equipment, and the teaching experimental equipment is worth nearly 20 million yuan. Students' apartments are equipped with heating, balcony, toilet, telephone, Internet interface and other facilities. All of them are under socialized management. They will try their best to create hotel like accommodation, dining environment and quality for students. They will build a high standard, standardized, modern, ecological and garden like university.

The college has a team of experienced, rigorous and dedicated high-level teachers, with a large number of excellent teaching, scientific research and management talents. In recent years, it has vigorously introduced high-level talents with high education background. The proportion of full-time teachers with graduate degree or above has reached 78.9%. The college has set up 40 teaching practice bases in the procuratorates of various cities and some counties, cities and districts in Henan Province, and has trained a large number of high-quality, professional and applied talents for the procuratorial organs.
