Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Beihang) is one of the first batch of key universities in China, "985 Project" and "211 Project" key construction institutions. It has 63 doctoral degree authorization points, 144 master's degree authorization points, 14 academicians, 26 Changjiang Scholars and 471 doctoral supervisors. Beihai College of Beihai University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (Beihai College for short) is an independent college established by Beihai airlines in Beihai City, Guangxi Province. It started enrollment in 2005 with the approval of the Ministry of education.
