Nanchang normal college, formerly known as Nanchang normal college, is located on the Bank of beautiful Qingshan Lake in Nanchang city. It is the only college level teacher training school for basic education in the province. Founded in 1908, Lingshan Xiushui is a famous school with a history of 100 years. It has trained a large number of artists and educators, such as Fu Baoshi, a master of traditional Chinese painting, Zeng Jiong, a modern mathematician, Mao Bingquan, a national first-class screenwriter, sun Langlang, a national first-class writer, Hao Shida, a national first-class composer, and Zhao dingqun, vice chairman of the provincial calligrapher Association. In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of education, Nanchang Normal University was upgraded to an ordinary normal college.
