Changjiang Vocational College

Changjiang vocational college is located in Wuhan, the thoroughfare of nine provinces, in the hinterland of new technology development zone of "Wuhan? China Optical Valley", directly under the leadership of Hubei Provincial Department of education. The school is included in the national unified enrollment plan, and is open to the whole country. It has the qualification of independently issuing academic diploma. There are more than 13000 students in the school.

The University offers 35 majors in arts, economics, arts, engineering, management and other disciplines, with "six colleges, one department and one center", namely, art college, tourism and foreign trade college, economic management college, engineering college, International College, continuing education college, technical secondary school department and modern technology education center. The university has established an international communication college of school enterprise cooperation. The school running mode and the research on the Yangtze River education mode are highly concerned by the relevant departments of the state and all sectors of the society. In 2001, the University was awarded "national key research base" by China WTO research center of World Trade Organization and "typical education research base" by development research center of Ministry of education. Since 1999, it has been awarded "provincial civilized unit" by the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and Hubei Provincial People's government for three consecutive times, and "provincial best civilized unit" for two consecutive times in 2006 and 2008.
