Jiangxi Vocational College of applied engineering is a public university with glorious history and revolutionary tradition. Its predecessor was Anyuan road and mine workers' cram school. This tutorial school was founded in January 1922 by Comrade Li Lisan, an early leader of the Chinese workers' movement and a proletarian revolutionist. It is the first vocational school founded by the Communist Party of China. At that time, Li Lisan, Liu Shaoqi, Chen Tanqiu and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation personally worked as teachers, compiled teaching materials, taught workers' culture, publicized Marxism Leninism and revolutionary principles, and transported a large number of talents for the Chinese revolution, making indelible contributions. Later, the school was suspended due to the war and resumed in the winter of 1949. In 1999, it was listed in the first batch of Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province, and then approved as Jiangxi Applied Engineering Vocational College by Jiangxi Provincial People's government. The college is located in Anyuan, Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province. There are 87 professors and associate professors, 232 teachers with intermediate titles and more than 30 graduate students. In addition, the college also has a full-time training instructor team composed of 40 engineers and technicians. Advanced and complete teaching facilities, multimedia audio-visual education center and closed-circuit television system, FM radio station, each classroom has a color TV, the implementation of audio-visual teaching, the construction of a higher degree of information technology campus network and modern voice room. At the same time, the college has the national vocational and technical advanced Appraisal Institute, computer information high-tech examination station, and is a comprehensive base for continuing education and vocational training in Jiangxi Province. In addition, we should make full use of the college's resources and talent advantages to carry out scientific and technological services such as software development, hardware maintenance, network technology and mechanical processing, actively promote the industrialization of teaching and research achievements, and form an operation mechanism of "production, learning and research".
