Sun Yat Sen College of Dalian Medical University was founded in 1999 and confirmed as an independent college with new mechanism and new model by the Ministry of education in March 2004. The college is jointly held by Dalian Medical University and Dalian jinzhenyuan enterprise group company.

The college is located at 28 Aixian street, Dalian hi tech park, Bincheng city (postcode 116023). It is located in the animation industry zone of the park.
