[clinical application] ① for hemostasis

277 cases of bleeding were treated with Yinfenglun of various dosage forms. The results showed that 239 cases (86.3%) were markedly effective (complete hemostasis), 23 cases (8.3%) were effective (bleeding volume was significantly reduced), and 15 cases (5.4%) were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.6%. Among them, obstetrics and Gynecology, surgery and urology have the best hemostatic effect, and they are also satisfied with the effect of internal medicine and ENT. But in general, the application of this product to stop bleeding at the same time, must be etiological treatment. Effective time after medication: according to the statistics of 142 cases treated by oral administration, 70.4% stopped bleeding within two days and 90.8% within five days; in 73 cases treated by external administration, 43.8% stopped bleeding within five minutes and 67.1% stopped bleeding within 10 minutes. According to preliminary observation, this product has hemostatic effect and etiological treatment effect on menorrhagia, functional uterine bleeding, ectopic pregnancy and thrombocytopenic purpura. For example, in cases of menorrhagia and functional uterine bleeding, the menstrual cycle, quantity and color basically return to normal after treatment; patients with ectopic pregnancy not only have satisfactory hemostatic effect, but also can promote blood absorption, so that abdominal pain and mass disappear, so that they can be cured without operation. Preparation and usage: one powder: clean the whole grass, dry, crush, pass through 100 mesh sieve, remove the coarse powder, take the fine powder for external use. It has been observed that within a few minutes to an hour after taking the medicine, most cases will vomit and spit sticky phlegm, thus improving the condition; a few cases have mild diarrhea, but it will be cured after reducing the dosage or stopping the medicine. If attention is paid to the heating of the medicine, it can also be avoided. No other side effects were found.
