Annual erect herb with fragrance, 0.5-1.5m high. Stem green, rounded, quadrangular, many branched, except the base, dense slender white hair. Leaves opposite; leaves ovate or round, 3-9.5 cm long, 2-8 cm wide, apex acute or acuminate, base round or broadly cuneate, margin coarsely serrated, both sides green and hairy, below slightly pale and glandular; petiole 10-45 mm long, densely white.
