[plant morphology] Chlorophytum rigidum

Epiphytic herbs. Stem fleshy, stout and short, oblate, with many grooves, yellow green. Leaf saccate, thick and tough, narrowly linear, 30-60 cm long, 1-2 cm wide, apex obtuse and unequal 2 broad cracks, leaf veins obvious, there are obvious nodes between leaf and leaf sheath. The raceme is extracted from the rhizome, 30-40 cm long, with white or dark purple brown flowers. Sepals and petals linear oblong; labellum anterior broad oblong or suborbicular, with 2 thickly curved lamellae. Capsule long elliptic, yellow. The seeds are powdery. It blooms in summer.

Often attached to trees and rocks, or grown on walls. It is distributed in Yunnan, Guangdong and other places.
