[collection] all year round. Slice and dry in the sun.

Bitter, cold.

Functions and indications: clearing away heat and toxin, relaxing muscles and activating collaterals. Treat hepatitis, dysentery, diarrhea, malaria, rheumatoid arthritis.

[usage and dosage] oral administration: decoction, 0.5-1 Liang.

[should avoid] pregnant women should not take it.

[selected formula] treatment of icteric hepatitis: Sedum bicolor, Bidens bipinnata and Xiaohuang powder. Take it in water.
