Female flowers 1 or 2, axillary, with short stalks, surrounded by round bracts; staminodes 9, the first and second round are clavate, base hairy, the third round is shorter, apex obtuse, base with 2 glands; ovary ovate; style curved, stigma capitate. Berries ovate, 1 cm long, with large cup-shaped perianth persistent.

It is distributed in Western Sichuan.
