[plant morphology] Lycoris chinensis
It is an annual herb with few hairs, many branches and white fibrous roots. The stem is stout, 15-60 cm high. The root leaves are tufted, petiolate, simple, 3-lobed, round, reniform or heart-shaped, 3-4 cm long and 1.2-4 cm wide, with broad heart-shaped base, 2-lobed lateral lobes, cuneiform middle lobes, obtuse head, margin lobed, with obtuse coarse teeth; stems and leaves alternate, base membranous, enlarged, usually 3-cleft, lobes narrow, undivided or 3-lobed, obtuse head; the uppermost leaves are almost sessile, lobes rectangular and linear, Glossy, glabrous. In spring, the upper part of the flower is more branched, with yellow florets; the diameter of the flower is 6-8 mm; the sepal is 5, with micro hairs outside, and the flower is involute; the petal is 5, as long as the sepal, flat, obovate, shiny, with a small scale at the base; the stamen and pistil are mostly, the anther is long elliptic, and the ovary is small. Aggregate fruit elliptic or even long elliptic cylindrical, receptacle 7-12 mm long, glabrous or scattered white hair, achene most, broadly ovoid, glabrous, 1-1.2 cm long, style very short. The flowering period is from March to June.
They live in humid areas, near water and even in water. It is distributed in the north and south of China.

[clinical application] treatment of lower limb ulcer
Take the whole grass of shilongrui, wash it, cut it up, add water to boil it up, press it to get juice, then boil it into paste, and seal the storage bottle for standby. 100g ointment can be made from 50 Jin fresh raw medicine. Apply shilongrui ointment to the affected area once a day or every other day. Two cases were treated by trial, and were cured after more than 20 times of dressing. Follow up for half a year, no recurrence.
