Body shape such as moth, yellow brown, about 2 cm long, spread wings, 6 boxes of meters wide. Head slightly stellate ovate, yellow, head densely covered with yellow and white bristles. One pair of compound eyes and three monocular eyes. The mouthparts degenerate, and the mandible and lower lip form a short snout tube, which is suitable for sipping. One pair of antennae, yellow at the base and end, and dark brown at the center. The front chest is short and small, and the back of the front chest is densely covered with yellow and white bristles. The back of the chest is large, with 1 black brown stripe on each side. 2 pairs of wings, dense short hair, opaque, hind wing larger than the front wing; the front edge of the front wing is yellowish brown, scattered with small brown stripes, with a large black longitudinal bar in the center, the inner and rear edges are grayish brown, with brown ridges, the back wing is dark yellow, and the outer edge is dark black. Their head, chest and feet are exposed and crawling at the bottom of the water. Aquatic plants or insects gradually pupate and become adults.
