Perennial herbs, 25-30 cm high. Taproot thick, fleshy, cylindrical, yellow. Basal leaves elliptic, 8-9 cm long, 6-7 cm wide, apex obtuse, base cordate, dark green above, white green below, with long stalks. The Corolla is 6-7 cm in diameter, 5 lobes and 6 cm in length. Capsule with many seeds.
It grows in grassland, shrubbery or open forest. Distributed in Yunnan, Guangdong, Guizhou and other places.
