[plant morphology] Dryopteris fortunei
Perennial herbs. Rhizome slender, such as wire, transverse, light green, sparsely scaly, base scales round, to the upper part of the drill like lanceolate, with thick teeth. The leaf blade is ovate lanceolate, 6-10 cm long, 1.5-2.5 cm wide in the middle, apex pointed, base short cuneate, veins reticulate. Sporangia are round, yellowish brown, 2-3 mm in diameter, and covered with shield like septal filaments when young.
On wet stone walls or trees. It is distributed in Yunnan, Guizhou and South China.
