Deer tendon

The dried deer tendons are long and thin, golden or brownish yellow, glossy and transparent. It is about 45-65 cm long and 1.5-2 cm thick. The upper part is fleshy, the lower part has two semicircular black hooves, and there are also four small hooves; the hooves are slightly skinned, with brown or light brown short hairs. Tough and slightly fishy. It is better to be dry, long, thick, golden and glossy.
It is mainly produced in Northeast, Hebei, Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan and other places.
