The body is flat and spindle shaped, with narrow abdomen and well-developed abdominal ribs from chest to anus. Body length is generally about 60 cm. The distance between eyes increases with the growth of the individual, and the head length and eye diameter decrease with the growth of the individual. The head is large, about 1 / 4 of the body length. The kiss is short, blunt and round; the mouth is wide. The eye is small, located below the cephalic median axis.
