[plant morphology] Oxytropis falcata
Perennial herbs with sticky plants. The stem is very short. Pinnate compound leaves, 7-15 cm long; rachis densely villous; stipules densely villous and glandular, the lower part of which is connected with petiole; leaflets 25-45, opposite or alternate, rarely 4 whorls, strip lanceolate, 5-12 mm long, 1-4 mm wide, densely glandular and villous. Flowers numerous, arranged into a nearly capitate raceme; pedicels nearly as long as leaves; calyx tubular, about 18 mm long, densely villous and glandular, calyx teeth lanceolate, about 4-5 mm long; corolla purplish red, flag petal oblanceolate, about 25 mm long, keel petal has a beak about 2 mm long. The pods are 2.5-3.5 cm long and 6-8 mm wide, slightly falcate, slightly swollen, glandular and white pubescent.
It grows on hillside grassland, sandy soil and river beach. Distributed in Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Sichuan and other places.
