It can increase the activity and tension of uterus and intestine of rabbit and guinea pig, and even show spasmodic contraction The effect of topiramate on the uterus and intestine of rats was not obvious; drowsiness appeared in cats and dogs after taking the medicine, which seemed to have sedative effect.
