Take 150 grams of yellow pineapple fruit, wash it, add water and decoct it twice (add 3-4 times of water each time, decoct for 3-4 hours each time), mix and concentrate the liquid into 500 ml, and filter it with gauze. Take it 3 times a day, 15-20 ml each time, 10 days as a course of treatment, 100 cases were observed, 24 cases were near control, 25 cases were markedly effective, 34 cases were improved, 17 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 83%. The effect of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm is better, but the effect of relieving asthma and disappearing rales is worse. Most of them were effective in 1-3 days after taking the medicine. A few patients had mild abdominal pain, bowel sounds and diarrhea after taking the medicine, but all of them were tolerable and disappeared after stopping the medicine.
