[clinical application] treatment of hypertension

64 cases (17 cases of stage I, 46 cases of stage II and 2 cases of stage III) were observed with cucumber vine preparation. The results showed that 34 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 82.8%. Preparation and usage: first class extract: each ml contains 5 points of dried cucumber vine and Salsola, 5 ml each time, 3 times a day. Two tablets: each tablet contains 1 yuan of dried cucumber vine, 4 tablets each time, 3 times a day. The course of treatment was 30-60 days. Preliminary observation showed that the antihypertensive effect of the tablet was stronger than that of the fluid extract. Generally, there were no side effects, only 5 cases had burning sensation in the upper abdomen after taking it, and the symptoms were relieved or disappeared after taking it after eating; the other one had dizziness.

Another useful to root, leaves of fresh seedlings half a Jin, add 500 ml of water to fry 200 ml, 2 times a day (can also be used as tea); or made into extract pills (3 g each pill, 3 times a day, 1 pill each time), tablets (0.3 g each tablet, 3 times a day, 5-10 tablets each time) application. A total of 62 cases were observed, 28 cases were markedly effective (blood pressure dropped to 130 / 90 mmHg, or other antihypertensive drugs were ineffective, and after huangguayang preparation was used, both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased by 20 mmHg), 26 cases were effective (systolic and diastolic blood pressure continuously decreased by more than 10 mmHg), and 8 cases were ineffective.
