After 24 hours, filter the decoction, add a little sugar and alum, mix well and clarify. It is concentrated by slow fire, and the degree of viscosity is dark yellow. Remove the remaining heat and stir it frequently with a copper spoon to disperse the heat. Finally, pour it into the mold. The surface is sprayed with Baijiu, making cash yellow flower foam. After condensation, cut into small squares. It should be placed in a cool and dry place.
