Zhou Qiang
Zhou Qiang, male, Han nationality, was born in Huangmei, Hubei Province in April 1960. He started work in August 1976 and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1978. He graduated from the Graduate School of Southwest University of political science and law with a master's degree in civil law.
He is now a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, President of the Supreme People's court, Secretary of the party leading group, member of the judicial committee and chief justice.
