He was born in Guian (now Wuxing, Zhejiang Province). Jiaqing thirteen years (1808) Jinshi, official to Guangdong will Tongzhi county. Seeing that folk patients often miss their lives because of superstition, they decided to write books to meet the needs of folk emergency treatment.
