Lang Shaoan

Lang Shaoan (1909.2 -), also known as Lang Shuangxi and Hao Mianren Lang, was born in Beijing.

Good at dough modeling. Beijing Arts and crafts factory. Member of China Arts and Crafts Association. At the age of 12, he learned from folk artists. He has been engaged in dough sculpture creation for more than 60 years. The subjects of creation are mainly folk hawkers, drama characters, Buddhist statues in temples, insects and prawns in Beijing. He used to be a researcher of Beijing Institute of Arts and crafts and won the title of "old artist". His works include Eight Immortals' birthday, three hundred and sixty lines, lock Jiaolong, etc.
