Pingxiang Town, subordinate to Tongwei County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of Tongwei county. History of construction
In the third year of Yuanding in the Western Han Dynasty (114 BC), Tianshui county was established as Pingxiang county.
In 1929, the first district of Tongwei county was set up in the county, and six towns (townships) including Pingxiang town were set up.
In August 1949, Pingxiang district was established.
In August 1955, Chengguan town was established.
