Liu Kai
Liu Kai (1906-1991), also known as Yi Kai, was born in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. He served as the representative of the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations in April 1947. Born on April 16, 1906 (March 23, Guangxu 32, Qing Dynasty).

Life of the characters
On June 6, 1930, he served as secretary of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Legislative Yuan of the national government. On January 28, 1932, he served as the Secretary of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the national government, and later as the Second Secretary of the plenipotentiary office to the International Federation, the acting first Secretary of the Embassy in Britain, and the first Secretary of the Embassy in Britain. After 1937, he served as minister to the United Kingdom and counsellor of the Embassy in the United States. In August 1945, he served as deputy director of the Ministry of foreign affairs and representative of the Far East and Pacific branch of the United Nations war crimes Review Committee. In April 1947, he served as the representative to the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations and concurrently as the ambassador to Canada in June. Later, he went to Taiwan and was still the ambassador of the "embassy in Canada". He served as the permanent representative of Taiwan's "mission to the United Nations" in July 1962. in October 1971, after the United Nations General Assembly recognized the people's Republic of China, he served as ambassador of the "embassy in the Philippines". he has been the chairman of the research and Design Committee of the Ministry of foreign affairs since 1975. in 1980, he was employed as the national policy adviser of the "presidential palace". He was elected to the 11th and 13th Central Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. died on February 12, 1991.
