Chen Xin'an
Chen Xin'an, born in Taipei on July 1, 1980, is a Chinese basketball player. He is a small forward / shooting guard and has retired.
Chen Xin'an played in the NBA pre-season warm-up in 2002. He was the first player in Taiwan to play in the NBA warm-up, but he was eliminated in the end. After that, Chen Xin'an went to the United States for three consecutive years to take part in the test, but in 2005, Chen Xin'an accidentally caused a tear of the left knee ligament in the Third Battle of the SBL Championship (vs Da Xin Hu), and withdrew from the kings training camp ahead of time. In August of the same year, he signed a three-year contract with Dongsen Lingyang and left the original Yulong dinosaur basketball team.
On November 16, 2013, Chen Xin'an officially announced his retirement. Chen Xin'an is famous for his excellent elasticity, explosive power and the physique of American players. In high school, he was praised as a combination of Zheng Zhilong and Zeng zengqiu.
The origin of basketball
Chen Xin'an used to be a handball player in Taipei Tianmu junior high school. After entering Songshan senior high school, he began to play basketball. Chen Xin'an, who had just joined Songshan high school, became the main force of the school team and won the championship in the dunk contest of HBL high school basketball league. On April 4, 1998, Chen Xin'an participated in the Asia Pacific senior high school basketball invitational dunk competition on behalf of China United. He won the championship with double hands reverse dunk and air bar dunk, and led China United to win the championship. On July 1, 2000, Chen Xin'an played for the Chinese team in the "ABA Asian Basketball Super League". Facing the visiting Mainland men's basketball team, he flew into the restricted area and successfully dunked in front of Yao Ming, who is 226 cm tall. This game is regarded as a classic of Chen Xin'an's basketball career. Chen Xin'an also played group a basketball in the Bank of Taiwan when he was in high school. He led the Bank of Taiwan to win the group a league in 1999 and the Presidential Cup in 1999 and 2000. After joining Yulong team in 2000, Yulong team immediately won the championship of group A League for four consecutive years (2000-2003) and the Presidential Cup for three consecutive years (2001-2003), and Chen Xin'an also arranged the MVP of group A League for four consecutive years (2000-2003). On November 21, 2003, the SBL Super Basketball League, the highest level basketball competition in Taiwan, started. Chen Xin'an helped Yulong team beat Sina lion 3-0 in the championship and won the MVP of the championship. On April 16, 2005, Chen Xin'an played on behalf of Yulong team against Dongsen antelope team. In the game, he set a record of 52 points and 11 three-point shots in a single game, which has not been broken so far. in 2010, he officially joined the new century team of Dongguan, a powerful CBA team.

Chen Xin'an and the Chinese Taipei team were in trouble. In 1998, the Chinese Taipei Asian youth team was a national player. However, because the training time of the Asian youth team collided with the fourth president's Cup Basketball Championship at that time, Chen Xin'an's Taiwan Bank team refused to let go.
