Licheng
Shandong southeast place name, began in the Qin Dynasty, at that time has set up county, under the Langya county. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wu dunguan, a military general, went to the prefect of Licheng county.
Construction history
Before the Han Dynasty, there were three counties in the territory. Ganyu County governs the present Yancang City, which belongs to Langya county. Zhuqi County governs the present ancient city, Licheng County governs the present Licheng County, which belongs to Donghai County. In the first year of emperor Ping's reign (the first year of A.D.), 2000 households in Ganyu County served as the food capital of Houma palace in Fude County, and the county government moved to Yuzhou. In the new mang period, the palace died in the county and still ruled Yuzhou. In the fifth year of emperor Zhang's reign in the later Han Dynasty (80), he returned to Donghai state. In the third year of Jian'an (198), Emperor Xian abolished Ganyu County and promoted Licheng County as a county. In the sixth year of Huangchu, Emperor Wen of the Three Kingdoms (225), Licheng county was abolished as a county.

In 208, the first year of Taikang, Emperor Wu of Jin Dynasty, Ganyu County was restored to govern Aibu City, which belongs to Donghai County as well as Zhuqi and Licheng. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the county was a place where the north and the South competed, and its ownership was uncertain. In the early Northern and Southern Dynasties, it belonged to Liu Song. In 469, the northern part of the county belonged to Wei. In 470, it belonged to Qing and Ji prefectures. In 530, the second year of Datong in the reign of Emperor Wu of Xiao Liang, Huairen county was set up in this county, which is subordinate to two Qingzhou in the north and south. In the seventh year of Wuding (549), Emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty returned to the Wei Dynasty, with three counties of Yitang (Guoxia), Guiyi and Huairen belonging to Yitang County of nanqingzhou; two counties of Shangxian (Guoxia) and Luoyao belong to Wuling County of Haizhou; four counties of Ganyu (Guoxia), Anliu, Guangrao and Xiami belong to Donghai County of Haizhou. In the third year of Emperor Wen of Sui Dynasty (583), Wuling and Yitang counties were abolished, and the four counties of Shangxian, Luoyao, Guiyi and Yitang were incorporated into Huairen County, which was subordinate to Haizhou. In 621, the fourth year of Wude, Emperor Gaozu of Tang Dynasty, Xinle was established. Nine counties, including Huairen, Licheng and Zhuqi, were subordinate to Haizhou, and four counties, including Donghai, Qingshan, Shicheng and Ganyu, were subordinate to Huanzhou. In the past six years, the people of Xinle province have expressed their best wishes. In the eighth year, the province wished its and Licheng to enter Huairen, abandoned Huanzhou, and entered Donghai as a county. At the end of Tang Dynasty, Haizhou belonged to Yanyun Qingmi section, and returned to Zhunnan in the second year of Guanghua (899). the five dynasties belong to the Southern Tang Dynasty. Zhou Shizong entered the Zhou Dynasty in 958.
