Yuan Zheng
Yuan Zheng was born in November 1968 in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province. In 1999, he received a doctorate in international political science from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of social sciences. At present, he is the deputy director of the American Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the leader of the advantageous discipline of American diplomacy, and enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. Director of the U.S. Foreign Affairs Research Office, member of the academic committee, member of the professional title evaluation committee, member of the academic degree committee, chief researcher of the innovation project "changes in U.S. comprehensive national strength and international comparison", and editorial board member of American studies. He is also a professor of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a doctoral supervisor of International Relations (U.S. diplomacy), and a special researcher of the peace and Development Research Center. He is mainly engaged in the study of American foreign strategy and Sino US relations.
